An innovative content series to promote digital banking features and cyber awareness with a smart, human touch.
THE CHALLENGE
How can a banking group make digital features and cybersecurity relevant, clear and engaging for a wide international audience? Intesa Sanpaolo ISBD (International Subsidiary Banks Division) asked us to rethink the way it communicates its home banking app and its approach to online safety, turning complex or technical topics into content people want to watch and share. The challenge was twofold: boost feature adoption and build a stronger reputation for digital safety, all through creative campaigns adapted to different markets.
THE IDEA
We created The Next Advisor: a modular and evolving content format featuring a digital ambassador, acting as the face of innovation. The format unfolds across two campaigns, with a shared identity but different communication goals.
Mobile App Features Videos
A social-first campaign to promote the mobile app’s digital features in different countries.
We introduced the Next Advisor as a smart, energetic metahuman who takes on the role of a digital superhero — directly inspired by the world of gaming and pop culture.
Each video showcases one app feature as if it were a superpower: from sending money in a tap to setting savings goals with ease.
Special effects, fast-paced animation and playful copy all contributed to building an entertaining, dynamic series aimed at turning app tutorials into must-see content. “With Intesa’s mobile app, everything becomes possible.

In Safety, We Care
In this campaign our ambassador evolves into Ana, a digital content creator who embodies a new mission: cybersecurity awareness. Launched first in Serbia (Banca Intesa Beograd), this new series tackles real online threats through short, snackable social videos.
Ana is no longer just an ambassador — she’s a relatable guide who faces the same online challenges we do. Smart, empathetic, and always one step ahead, she shares tips and real-life examples to help users navigate the digital world safely.
