A horror escape room inspired by the world of Jigsaw, custom-built to let participants experience firsthand the dread, tension, and psychological traps of his sadistic game. An immersive and claustrophobic experience designed to prepare audiences for the theatrical release of SAW X.
THE CHALLENGE
Promote the theatrical release of SAW X by engaging the Italian public with a live experience that could convey the intensity, fear, and psychological tension that made the saga legendary. The goal was to turn a standard announcement into a memorable, high-impact, and viral event, especially targeting horror fans and escape room enthusiasts.
THE IDEA
We transformed the Jigsaw universe into a fully customized horror escape room, complete with claustrophobic settings, twisted puzzles, and traps directly inspired by the film. Participants were plunged into a high-stakes path, where every decision could lead to salvation… or doom. A real taste of the nightmare, designed to build hype and make the wait for the film even more intense.
A Spine-chilling Activation
To celebrate the return of SAW X, we conceived and built a one-of-a-kind horror escape room, designed to faithfully recreate the world of Jigsaw. Every detail was crafted from scratch: claustrophobic environments, mechanical traps, psychological puzzles, and unsettling set design in perfect SAW style. The result was a nerve-wracking journey where participants tested themselves as the true protagonists of the nightmare.
Influencer Activation
We launched the experience during the press screening, giving journalists and influencers exclusive early access and maximizing buzz on social media. In the days that followed, the escape room opened to the public, challenging thousands of visitors with screams, adrenaline, and frantic escape attempts. A physical and immersive activation that turned the film’s promotion into a thrilling, unforgettable experience worth sharing.
