To support the launch of Jasnum – an innovative line of natural supplements for menopause – on the Italian market, we developed an integrated digital campaign designed to engage users across multiple touchpoints. From the hero video and dedicated website to social media content and Amazon presence (including brand pages and advertising), every element was crafted to deliver a consistent and compelling brand message.

THE CHALLENGE

Promoting a new brand and product in Italy – still unknown to the local audience – in a market where the digital sphere plays a secondary role compared to the trusted, human relationship with pharmacists. The goal was to effectively reach the specific target audiences for the three Jasnum products (All In One, Mood, Line) and, more broadly, to make the brand stand out in the highly competitive supplements market.

THE IDEA

We crafted a fresh narrative for Jasnum, inviting women to break free from stereotypes surrounding menopause and embrace this natural change as a threshold to new possibilities. Jasnum’s three natural products – formulated to ease symptoms and restore physical and emotional balance – were positioned as tools for self-empowerment and personal transformation. The campaign tagline, “Menopause? A whole new story,” encourages women not to give up on their well-being and pleasure, but to step confidently into a phase of self-awareness and untapped potential.

A whole new story

To reinforce the message presented in the launch film, all brand touchpoints — from the website to social media — were carefully designed as part of a cohesive digital and social ecosystem that consistently embodied the campaign’s core idea.

The campaign film follows the day of three women - friends who experience menopause as it should be: naturally, confidently, and with ease. We see them living their lives fully, balancing work, passions, and everyday joy. The film ends with the friends meeting for coffee, sharing laughter and personal moments, offering a positive, authentic, and refreshing portrayal of this stage in a woman’s life.

Making menopause social

The social campaign combines multiple content streams within a dual strategy. On one hand, it highlights the distinct benefits, properties, and ingredients of each product, speaking directly to women’s individual needs. On the other, it spreads a new, empowering perspective on menopause through editorial and informative content designed to engage, inspire, and resonate with the broader target audience.
