AON
Internal Communication Strategy
We developed a tailored solution for Aon, an industry leader in consulting, insurance brokerage, and risk management, to strengthen and innovate internal communication, creating a consistent and engaging ecosystem for all employees.
The project included a complete intranet redesign aimed at providing a more accessible, intuitive, and visually recognizable experience, along with an ongoing collaboration to define, support, and execute internal communication strategies.
These initiatives have helped spread and consolidate the corporate culture, while also strengthening employees’ sense of belonging and overall satisfaction.

THE CHALLENGE
In a context characterized by complex communication flows and a geographically distributed structure, Aon needed to reinforce its internal identity and build a more cohesive and engaging communication ecosystem.
The challenge was twofold: simplify communication channels and processes, improving intranet usability and access to information, and foster a more participatory corporate culture, capable of connecting managers, teams, and the sales force in an immediate and horizontal way, thereby increasing engagement levels.
THE IDEA
To simplify navigation and improve access to content, we completely redesigned the intranet’s user experience and visual identity, transforming it into a central information hub supporting everyday activities.
Simplifying complexity
We promoted and led the adoption of Viva Engage as a new internal communication channel, supporting its implementation. This allowed us to reduce reliance on email, streamline information flows, and enable more immediate, horizontal, and inclusive interactions among managers, teams, and sales staff across the country.

As a result, the internal communication model evolved from a traditional top-down approach to a more participatory one, where every employee actively contributes by sharing ideas, feedback, and initiatives. Alongside this transformation, we provide ongoing operational support for photo shoots, video interviews, and the creation of strategic documents, continuous collaboration that further strengthens corporate culture and enhances the overall sense of belonging.
WhatsApp Channel
In parallel, we introduced the targeted use of WhatsApp to support communication with sales managers: a fast channel for updates on products, services, sales goals, and new opportunities. This has improved productivity and responsiveness, centralized information, and reduced communication dispersion, ensuring faster and more effective exchanges.
