New customers through an integrated online strategy.

The goal is to acquire new customers, decision markers who work in companies with a turnover of more than €5 million per year. The Agency designed a user-friendly microsite, which presents corporate American Express cards. Customer acquisition is based on two steps: an online registration and recall from a contact center, in order for xister to update its data and enquire users on their interest in corporate products.
